PROJECT NOTE / HDP DCD SPARK PLUG

One Business. Three Sparks. One Operating System.

A project exploring how distinct AI capabilities might contribute to a governed business workflow—and how real integration evidence can support useful technical media.

Private synthetic prototype · No live multi-provider integration claimed

The question

What happens when a business uses more than one agent ecosystem? Could an independent operating layer select the appropriate approved capability, route work predictably, preserve auditability and help an owner understand operating cost?

What the project has actually tested

HDP DCD Spark Plug has a private synthetic lab that maps observed CrossDock intake structures, prepares proposed BuildThisMedia API operations and retains approval holds. Windows staging tests and disposable localhost API testing have been completed. The three named external provider systems are research candidates, not three connected live services.

The proposed flow

What remains to be validated

Actual third-party provider agreements and APIs, cost measurements, production-grade tenant separation, independent publishing authorization and real customer outcomes. None is established by a simulated demonstration or a successful test against a private disposable database.

Why publish this project? Because a candid explanation of what works and what remains uncertain can help an operator make a better technology decision than an unqualified claim of autonomous transformation.
